There are all these great self help books and talk shows and doctor recommendations out there to offer advice and supposed hope to people. All these things try to "fix" peoples' problems.

So whatever you do today, before you turn on Opera or Dr. Phil or take a drug which is supposed to alleviate irratibility, Trust in Jesus.
Jesus Christ has a plan for your life and is waiting for you to respond to Him in faith, belief, and ask him to forgive you for all the things you have done to sin against Him.
It is a simple descicion to say "Yes" to Jesus Christ which will change your life forever.
Simply believe in Christ today and in His cross upon which He died for your sins and mine. Ask Him to become your Lord and Savior. And give Your life over to His control.
